Our governance structure includes an External Advisory Board who provides high level strategic advice on our research, translation and activities, and a Steering Committee.
The Policy and Research Translation Committee will ensure that opportunities to communicate and translate our research are strategically identified, targeted, and effectively leveraged. They will ensure that the CRE stays abreast of policy changes.
Our Capacity Building Workgroup will oversee the CRE’s capacity building activities, ensuring that our aim of developing the next generation of aged care researchers is achieved.
Leveraging our existing consumer networks (via the Flinders Ageing Alliance and National Ageing Research Institute), consumers will be represented throughout the CRE’s governance, research projects and activities, including our External Advisory Board, larger stakeholder network and will be embedded in individual research projects.
We are building a large stakeholder network who will be involved CRE events and activities throughout the life of the CRE.
